报告人介绍:Professor Sarah E Millar is tenure Professor and Chair of the Developmental, Stem Cell and Regenerative Biology Program of the Cell and Developmental Biology graduate group at Penn. Meanwhile, she was appointed Albert M. Kligman Endowed Professor of Dermatology and Vice Chair for Research, Department of Dermatology, University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. She is a permanent member of the NIH ACTS study section and is an Editorial Board member for the journals Developmental Cell and Experimental Dermatology. Her research focuses on understanding molecular mechanisms controlling development, patterning, stem cell function and regeneration in ectodermal appendage organs including hair follicles, mammary glands, taste papillae and teeth.
